Seminário2
This anonymous copyist worked for the Seminário Patriarcal, the Santa Igreja Patriarcal and at Vila Viçosa. He was a contemporary of Manuel Álvares Mosca with whom he collaborated. Reflecting a stylistic change in the work of Portuguese copyists as a whole in the period 1790-1810, the tails of quavers are curved to the right in his earlier copies, whereas in later ones they curve to the left.
